Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-11-03

1. The service

Yemio is an app that builds a weekly dinner plan and shopping list from your preferences and budget. By using the app you accept these terms.

2. Account

You can start using the app without an account; when you create one your data is linked to it. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Free use

On the free tier you can create one plan and swap three meals a week; your allowance renews every Monday. The app never asks for payment or card details. Paid features may be offered later under separate terms.

4. Prices

Amounts shown in the app are dated estimates compiled from average shelf prices at supermarket chains. The real amount depends on the shop and the time you buy; the accuracy of the estimates is not guaranteed.

5. Health and allergy notice

Nutrition values are approximate; the app does not give medical or dietary advice. The allergen filter is based on recipe data; always check the labels of the products you buy. If you have a serious allergy or a specific health condition, consult a professional.

6. AI-generated content

Some descriptions, such as plan summaries, may be written with the help of AI. Prices and allergen filters are never left to AI; even so, generated text may contain mistakes.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, overload it with automated tools or try to access other users' data.

8. Intellectual property

The app, recipes, texts and design belong to Yemio. They may not be copied or distributed beyond personal use.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for differences between estimated and actual prices, or for damage resulting from not checking recipes and product labels.

10. Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time under Settings > My data. Access may be restricted for accounts that break these terms.

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes in which you act as a consumer, consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits set under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and consumer courts above those limits.

When we update these terms we change their date and announce important changes in the app. Questions: [email protected].
